The made-to-order service from OP TIGER is a reliable source in custom manufacture, bespoke T-shirts and casual apparel proven in practice over many years. You may set the parameters of your order in accordance with your own priorities and decide what is most important - the delivery time, minimum quantity or the price.

We offer two basic variants:

High volumes & low price - ideal for large promo actions with sufficient time for delivery
- 8-12 days manufacture

3-4 weeks for delivery by sea
(air freight 5-8 days, subject to additional charge)

(single jersey, 1x1 rib, pique, etc.)
- minimum quantity from 6.000 pcs

Low minimum & higher price - ideal when high quality and short time delivery required
- 7 days manufacture
- 12 days delivery on road
(or air freight 3-4 days, subject to additional charge)
- 35 superior fabrics
- 128 stock colors
- 180.000 pcs weekly production capacity
- minimum order 150 pcs from one color and size (Continental collection garment with made-to-order labels, colors or sizes)
- minimum order 600 pcs when specific Pantone shade required

- special fabrics also available from stock (organic cotton, sustainable bamboo, melange blends, fluorescents, etc.)
- certifications: Oeko-Tex 100 Standard, Global Organic Textile Standard, Supply chain audited by the Fair Wear Foundation
- packaging: Made to order plastic bags packaging is non-PVC and biodegradable. Cardboard boxes and bar code labels are from 100% recycled material.
