Why choose screen printing

Screen printing is great when you want to print one motive on a larger amount of t-shirts or other promotional apparel.
It requires quite a difficult preparation procedure, and so the costs are adequately high.

Quality

But the final product is most definitely worth every penny or dime you have thrown in. Highest quality and longevity of the print are your rewards, together with beautiful full color printing results even on dark apparel and the possibility to determine the exact color shade (we work with Pantone matching system).
Screen printing is simply the perfect promotional tool for those who demand quality and larger volume in a short delivery time.

Minimum volume

Optimum volume for printing fullcolor separation motives (approx 8-16 colors) on our automatic carousels is 300 prints from one motive.
We print with the modern TAS machines.

HOW long does it take?

A very well organized team of reliable professionals together with top quality modern technologies and long years of experience result in our ability to deliver in a pleasingly short time.

In general, you should count with about 2-3 weeks, the delivery time can vary due to circumstances such as availability of chosen garment or seasonal production capacity. And so it is necessary to always discuss the delivery terms with our sales team.

  • Data in vectors or as bitmap sized 1:1 in 300dpi
  • Actual size of motive in cm
    max. print area for different print variants
  • Exact codes of relevant Pantone shades (we use Pantone Matching System - Coated)
  • Description of the motive positioning or ideally a PDF preview

Please always consult with our sales team whether the print is technically feasible, and whether the intended motive size fits the chosen garment type (men’s contra ladies’ or children’s style).

It is necessary to mention that even though we do our best to avoid it there is always a certain risk of spoilage. Generally tolerated spoilage level is about 1%. Therefore, when printing on customer's own apparel, we recommend setting the garment volume so as to make sure such case does not affect the integrity of the order.

How to treat my printed t-shirt?

If you want your t-shirt to age slowly and live a long, happy life, please follow some basic rules. Firstly - wash it inside out and on cold cycle only (30-40°C). Secondly - either give up ironing alltogether and help save the planet by saving energy, or, if you have to iron a t-shirt, please at least avoid the printed area. And - last, but not least - love your printed t-shirt, it will love you back!

agree on the exact time of the first print & come to approve it. Please note that if you fail to show on time a fee for the wasted machine’s production time will automatically be charged.

order 1 sample to be sent to you for approval. In this case we set the machines particularly for printing one piece and so the cost of this service is relatively high. It varies according to the complexness of the given motive and current production capacity.
